Return Policy

We want returning products to be easy and simple as our lighting specialists are dedicated to your satisfaction.  We just have a few simple steps that have to be followed in order to receive your refund, they are listed as follows.

-We offer a 100% refund on unused merchandise, this excludes any shipping and handling costs.  The merchandise must be unused and in original packaging.

-Products that have custom modifications, or are a specialty order (any style not in our web catalogue), are un-returnable. At our discretion, any discounts or free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your return credit, with a minimum deduction of $15.

-Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery in new condition and original packaging (we do not accept light bulb returns).

-The Return merchandise will require a pre authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA is very important and must be requested within 10 calendar days from when we issue the RMA or you will not receive any credit for your return. The RMA number can be requested at RMA@lightform.ca, in this email be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for your return. We cannot accept returns without a RMA so be sure to contact us be for sending your merchandise back.

-Defective products may be repaired or exchanged for replacements during the manufactures warranty period, contact us for warranty policies of any of the manufacturers we carry.
