Western Living Condo Magazine featured yet another beautiful Vancouver Condo in their Spring/Summer 2011 edition, this time designed by Patricia Gray of Patricia Gray Design. The condo is situated in The Erickson, a luxury condominium building designed by the late Arthur Erickson. It was one of the last structures he designed and its sweeping modernism and fluid luxury are an ode to Vancouver’s ocean front, upon which it sits.
Patricia Gray designed a luxurious suite for her clients and her attention to detail has afforded them an elegant, yet comfortable summer getaway.
We wanted to know what her inspiration was behind choosing the striking Harco Loor Tiara pendant. She wrote to tell us,
“I chose the Harco Loor in the Dining Room because it is a contemporary version of the traditional crystal chandelier which suited the architecture. I liked the fact that it was horizontal in shape and would not detract from the view. A dining room fixture is like a piece of jewellery in a room and choosing
just the right one is somewhat like having the perfect piece of jewellery to compliment ‘the little black dress’. It also casts beautiful reflections in the silver leafed ceiling and when the sun shines in the room a myriad of rainbows bounce off the ceiling and walls.”
Great work Patricia!
