Account Executive
LightForm Canada is looking to add an Account Executive to its ON team in Ottawa. Applicants should be strong social individuals with a passion of design and strong sales ability.

Our ideal candidate will achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and a high degree of client satisfaction within an assigned territory. They will effectively promote and sell LightForm’s range of products through professional recommendations and regular interaction with architects, engineers, and designers. Daily responsibilities will include communicating with existing and prospective clients to:

  • Create a professional sales consulting relationship

Account Executive - Edmonton

Web Content Specialist - Toronto

The Web Content Specialist will maintain content and product information as well as item details on the Website within our ERP system. This role will also be responsible for making updates to products using information provided by the product’s manufacturers and Vendors including pricing information, SEO keywords and media content. The individual would coordinate with the Marketing Team in ensuring product details align with the company’s marketing goals.

Must have the ability to work independently and within given timeframe.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain product details and information within our ERP
  • Review product update information from item Vendors and Manufacturers and populate item template for integration to the ERP system.
  • Propose, investigate and implement processes to improve procedures
  • Solicit and aggregate missing required product information from external sources

Qualifications:

  • Adapt to technological advancements and be conversant in web basics including HTML and CSS
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel (must know how to do a v-look up, concatenate items, remove duplicates implement formulas as well have Excel VBA knowledge)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with an emphasis on being conscientious and detail oriented

Sales Assistant

The LightForm Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting Project Coordinators and Account Executives to ensure they are able to maximize face to face client interactions.

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for:
