Following in the footsteps of his father, Sergio, Piero Gandini took over as President and CEO of Flos in 1999. For over 12 years he has led his company steadfastly into new territory. He is quoted to have said,
“companies like ours are good at just a few things: they are rich in ideas, and they are brave enough to run with those ideas in a way that might seem crazy to a larger and more compartmentalized company. And in the end, the difference between crazy and brave is the result.”
